If you want to maintain or make a slow improvements to your current level of fitness, once or twice a week will suffice, if you want to see real progress you’ll need to think about an hour’s training at least 2 or 3 times a week.

Can I train hard to lose the fat – but avoid becoming too muscular?
Yes indeed you can – by using a combination of cardiovascular exercise and the use of light weights and major muscle groups, we can lose the fat and tone (not inflate!) your muscles.

Why can’t I lose weight!?
Because you haven’t been doing the right exercises at the right intensity, and you haven’t yet employed a first class personal trainer to ensure you hit your targets – so give me a call and we’ll put an end to your frustration.

How much space do I need?
So long as we can clear a bit of space in your sitting room for an exercise mat – we’ll be fine. Or of course we can simply head out into the great outdoors.

What you do have is your own body weight, there are 100’s of exercises that require no equipment at all. However I do have a range of equipment that will help us keep the programs challenging and interesting.

You can pay by whatever method you fancy, cash, cheque, direct debit, bank transfer… anything but an IOU, or travellers cheques!
